Meet the PT

Ryan Hill PT, DPT

I was born and raised in Birmingham, AL, and graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science. I then served as a FOCUS Campus Missionary for two years at LSU, choosing to defer my acceptance to PT school in order to pursue a call to missions on the college campus. Following two years of mission work, I returned to Alabama to complete my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Samford University. Hilltop PT began as a dream and project for one of my courses at Samford, and to see it become a reality is a blessing.

I have clinical experience in orthopedic, pelvic, and neurologic settings. I have a wide array of experience in different types of manual therapy, including myofascial and visceral mobilization. I have two certifications in treating women’s pelvic floor therapy from Herman and Wallace, as well as continued orthopedic courses for treating the athlete, young and old! I believe the mind, whole body, and soul connections for healing cannot be disregarded and are essential to consider during treatment.
